Montessori method of education is a self-directed and hands-on learning experience. Children at a very young age make creative learning choices guided by teachers with age-appropriate activities. The Montessori school caters to:
● Infants/ Toddlers up to 3 years
● Primary school from 3 to 6 years

Montessori materials are segregated into three categories that include:
Sensorial Materials- Here children learn through their senses providing rich hands-on experience. They include stuff like Classic Pink Tower, ten solid wood cubes, brass or chrome bells, mounted on wooden bases.
Practical life materials-They are real-life everyday tools that teach real-life skills such as sweeping, pouring, washing dishes, setting a table, or dressing. Children have an amazing and quick grasping capacity and imitate activities they see around them.
Academic Materials-These help in learning skills like reading, writing, numerical, and grammar skills. Classic Montessori materials for language development include sandpaper letters, phonics cards, and movable alphabets. Basics of Mathematics and science concepts are taught through materials like golden beads, number rods, and spindle boxes.

GIIS has a team of expert academic counselors who can guide you on the programme and how it can benefit your child. You need to book a meeting prior, to check on the availability of the counselors.
You can visit our school in person and submit the application form. We have a well-formulated admission process that you can attend that includes the counselling and assessment sessions and get your queries sorted. Finally submit the application form along with the required documents.

● Passport size photographs
● Parent income certificate
● Medical certificate
● Transfer certificate if applicable
● The academic record of the previous year if applicable.
GIIS Noida charges a one-time non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 500 that needs to be paid during the admission process.
The Montessori school fees at GIIS can either be paid annually or in four quarters for the months of April, July, October, and January. The fee needs to be paid before the beginning of each term.
We conduct holistic assessments on a daily basis. Parents get direct feedback from the teachers on the student’s progress through parent-teacher meetings and meet-and-greet sessions.
