According to research, books have proven to be a precious commodity, as it is easier to understand the different aspects of life as worthwhile companions that might take you through the various challenges. It has been observed that during various tough times in life, reading books have helped us to sail through it.

However, the Internet and television have their own benefits in different ways, but nothing can be compared to a great book. As per various psychologists, the importance of books in early years develops student’s mental and emotional health. One major benefit of inculcating the habit of reading is the development of critical thinking skills. Reading promotes maturity and discipline which sparks curiosity about people, places and things. Students can channelize their energy when they choose to sit and read.
