High school is offered to students in Malaysia between the age group of 16 to 18 years, equivalent to grades 11 & 12 in the CBSE curriculum.

Admissions at GIIS happen throughout the year and hence students can join anytime of the academic year. For such students, a Bridge programme is provided that helps them cope with syllabus and make new bonds with classmates. In this programme students are completely supported by teachers to complete lessons, classwork and be aligned with the regular classes.
The assessment process for high school students includes two formative tests each term, one mid-term test and one final term examination.
Excellent communication is built between parents and the school through the MYGIIS portal that gives regular updates on the school happenings. Apart from this, parent teacher meetings, orientation sessions, one-on-one meetings and other parent forums are created for regular discussions and to monitor the students’ progress.
● The one time non refundable payment includes application and enrolment fees and refundable is security deposit.
● The term charges include tuition fees, term activity fees.
● Non refundable annual charges include MYGIIS and Insurance charges.
Various fee payment options applicable at GIIS are:
Cash, cheques, bank drafts, debit/credit cards, and the payment gateway through MYGIIS portal.
GIIS provides the best of facilities for international students. GIIS gives good support for students if they want to procure the student pass from the Malaysian Immigration Department. Along with this students get advice in obtaining such a pass, verifying the Student’s enrolment and immigration status, and providing all such assistance as may be necessary to procure the Student Pass on behalf of the Student.

School bus service is provided through a vendor and fees need to be paid separately. Students can select one or two way bus facilities and the fee is charged zone wise that is divided into 6 zones.

During the admission process parents can meet the faculty member to know about curricula or the subjects. For this a prior meeting should be booked to check on the availability of the faculty member and fix the meeting.
