Enquiry Form
To begin the school admission process, please fill the enquiry form. One of our admission counselors will guide you through the remaining procedures.

Assessment
Our Admission counselors will assist you in scheduling assessment for your child. For Pre-KG and Kindergarten classes the assessment will be conducted face-to-face (FTF). For Grades 1 to 12, the assessment can be done either FTF or online, based on your preference.

Payment of Registration Fee
After assessment, a registration fee of AED 500 to be paid for confirming the registration.

Document Verification
After verifying the documents required for the admission process you will be requested to pay tuition fee.

Payment of Admission Deposit
Admission Deposit of AED 1500 to be paid for confirming the admission of your child.

Payment of Tuition Fee
Our admission counselors will guide you through the fee details and process to pay the fees.
STEP
7
KHDA Registration and Signing of School Contract
Our admission counselors will guide you through the KHDA registration process, which is mandatory for all students in Dubai. After this, you will be requested to sign the school contract that includes campus-specific rules and regulations.

When will I be notified of a decision?
While we cannot say an exact date for a decision, here is a timeline to give you a rough idea on our admission process. Our admissions counsellors begin reviewing all applications for the school at the beginning of January every year. You can view your application status on your applicant portal. Once we decide, our admissions counsellor will notify you via email and send an official acceptance letter via post.
How far in advance International students need to apply?
Since our admissions process is open throughout the year, we do not have separate deadlines for international students. However, we encourage all students, international and domestic, to apply as early as possible since seats are limited.

Who is eligible for scholarship at GIIS Dubai?

Can I request to tour a specific facility?
At this time, we can not accommodate specific tour requests. However, we guarantee that you will be able to explore all our facilities and spaces.
Can I request to meet with an admissions counsellor before my campus tour?
Absolutely, our admissions counsellors are available throughout the year to help you with the admissions process and answer any questions.
How long are the student counselling sessions?
Our student counselling sessions can last anywhere from 45 minutes to 60 minutes, depending on your needs.
Are guests allowed to come on the campus tour?
To maintain health and safety on campus, additional guests are not allowed on campus tours. Only parents or legal guardians are allowed to accompany prospective students on campus tours.
