Academic Orientation for classes 10 & 12
The academic orientation for parents of classes 10 and 12 students; for the year 2021-22 , was conducted virtually from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm on 8th March 2021.TThe students of these classes were also invited to attend the same. The principal, Academic Coordinator, CODs and all subject teachers of the board classes were present for this orientation.

GIIS KL- Virtual Cultural Festival- Secondary- Vivacious Hues Of Glee
This session’s (2020-21) grand annual cultural fest was celebrated virtually on 25th February 2021.Students, their parents and teachers enjoyed this splendid event from the comfort of their homes. This year’s theme was “Vivacious Hues of Glee”, which means lively shades of happiness. This event started off with a welcome speech, after which the respected principal gave an illuminating speech. This Chief Guest, Mr. Rajeev Katyal, COO GIISES, gave a motivational speech.

Constitution Day
The National Constitution Day, also called the “Samvidhan Divas” was adopted on 26th of November 1949.This day is celebrated in India to commemorate the adoption of the Constituent Assembly of India. The Constitution of India came into effect on 26th January, 1950. Hence 26th November is celebrated as National Constitution Day and 26th January is celebrated as Republic Day of India.

Father’s Day and International Yoga Day Activities by Std 1-5 (CBSE)
A father is someone that a child looks up to and whose footsteps he / she wishes to follow. He is the ‘Rock of Gibraltar’ and like the ‘Great Wall of China’, stands up stong to protect his family. He toils everyday and ensures that everyone at home is happy. To add, Yoga is a way of life that many follow to ensure that discipline is maintained and keeps everyone healthy. It was a coincidence that both Father’s Day and International Yoga Day fell on the same day this year i.e.21st June 2020.
