It is compulsory for students to attend the campus tour with parents or guardians. However, on special grounds, a student can be given permission with the consent of the concerned team. You can talk to our team and request the same.
Personally visiting the school for admission will give you first-hand information about the admission process. It will also help in getting a better overview of the school. Also, meeting the students, counselors, and faculty will help you in understanding whether the school is the right choice for your ward. It is an exclusive opportunity for a student to connect with the faculty and students.
Campus tours are arranged by GIIS for parents to get a high-level view of the school, the admission process, student life, curriculum, scholarships, and more. The tour is free of cost.
We assign student ambassadors as campus guides. They are well equipped with all the information and will guide you with all the requirements.
At GIIS, our top priority is the health and safety of our visitors. Utmost care is taken and safety equipment is kept handy to cater to any unforeseen conditions immediately. Even during pandemic times, we have taken safety measures like temperature checking, compulsory usage of masks, providing sanitizers, sanitization of seats, and social distancing.
GIIS hosts certain events like exhibitions, information sessions, and more, and visitors can make the best use of it to gain as much information about the school. You can also connect with our admission team to learn about the entire admission process, fee structure, etc.
The campus tours are booked based on the convenience of the parents and the concerned team they would like to meet. However, on the day of the visit, we request parents to arrive at the venue 15-20 minutes prior to avoid any delay or confusion. The guide will enter the details, ensure all the safety protocols are in place and parents will be able to know the guide better and vice versa. They can discuss what is covered in the campus visit in advance to ensure that everything is covered during the visit.

During the admission process you need to pay a registration fee. This fee is a one-time payment and is non-refundable.
The one-time registration fee charged at GIIS Pune is Rs.500/-.
